Bu mod paketi, topluluk tarafından geliştirilen en iyi ve en güncel düzeltmelerin ve işlevsel iyileştirmelerin bir koleksiyonudur.
Bu projenin amacı, oyunun yamanma sürecini basitleştirirken, kurulumun SilentPatch durumundaki kadar kolay olmasını sağlayarak orijinalin geleneklerini korumaktır. Rockstar'ın oyunu için resmi bir yamanın yayınlanmış olmasını simüle etmeye çalışıyor.
Özellikler:
- Daha akıcı bir oyun deneyimi için 60 FPS desteği.
- Bozulma olmadan orijinal tasarımda HD arayüz.
- Doğru ölçeklendirme ile uygun geniş ekran modu.
- Kritik sorunları ele alan temel hata düzeltmeleri (LeftoverFix (genişletilmiş), SilentPatch, SkyGFX, vb.).
- Vice City'den ek özellikler: cilt ve iskelet sistemi, lastik patlatma, kırılabilir araba camları, geliştirilmiş yansımalar ve göstergelerden dinamik aydınlatma.
- Düzeltildi kamera sistemi: araçlarda serbest döndürme ve klasik PS2 tarzı perspektif.
Kurulum:
- Dosyaları oyun klasörüne çıkarın.
- EXE 1.0 (orijinal sürüm) gerektirir.

Bu mod paketi iki bölüme ayrılmıştır:
- Temel Düzeltmeler (temel teknik düzeltmeler ve iyileştirmeler).
- Ek İçerik (orijinal kalitede güncellenmiş dokular ve geliştirilmiş radyo).
Diğer topluluk mod paketlerinden farklı olarak, bu yalnızca düzeltmelere odaklanmakta ve özelleştirilmiş değişiklikler yapmamaktadır, böylece orijinal oyunun otantikliği korunmaktadır.

This modpack is a collection of the best and most up-to-date fixes and functional improvements developed by the community.
The goal of this project is to simplify the process of patching the game while preserving the traditions of the original by making the installation as easy as in the case of SilentPatch. Trying to simulate Rockstar themselves if they released an official patch for their game.
Features:
- 60 FPS support for a smoother gaming experience.
- HD interface in its original design without distortion.
- Proper widescreen mode with correct scaling.
- Essential bug fixes addressing critical issues (LeftoverFix (extended), SilentPatch, SkyGFX, etc.).
- Additional features from Vice City: skin and bones system, tire puncturing, breakable car windows, improved reflections, and dynamic lighting from indicators.
- Fixed camera system: free rotation in vehicles and a classic PS2-style perspective.
Installation:
- Extract the files into the game folder.
- Requires EXE 1.0 (original version).
Additional Information:
This modpack is divided into two parts:
- Core Fixes (essential technical fixes and improvements).
- Additional Content (updated textures in original quality and enhanced radio).
Unlike other community modpacks, this one focuses solely on fixes rather than custom modifications, preserving the authenticity of the original game.
