F-16 savaş uçağı, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Hava Kuvvetleri'nin "Hafif Savaş Uçağı Programı"ndan türemiştir. Başlangıçta, görsel menzil içinde gündüz savaşları için hafif bir avcı uçağı olarak konumlandırılmıştır. Vietnam Savaşı'ndan alınan dersler, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Hava Kuvvetleri'ni görece ucuz, hızlı üretilebilen ve performansı görsel menzil içinde yakın dövüşe odaklanmış bir avcı uçağı arayışına yönlendirmiştir. Bu gereksinim, F-16'nın geliştirilmesine yol açmıştır. Sonraki gelişiminde, F-16, kapsamlı yeteneklere sahip, her hava koşulunda çok amaçlı bir savaş uçağına dönüşmüştür. Kanat-gövde birleşim tasarımını ve önde uzantıları benimsemekte, bu da uçuş direncini azaltmakla kalmayıp aynı zamanda kaldırma kuvvetini artırmaktadır. Maksimum anlık dönüş oranı saniyede 28 dereceye ulaşabilir ve bu da ona mükemmel yakın dövüş performansı kazandırır.

Kurulum Talimatları (Android)
1. Dosya hazırlığı:
- ES File Explorer'ı açın;
- Şuraya gidin: Dahili Bellek > Android > obb;
- GTA: Vice City klasörünü bulun, içindeki dosyanın adını .obb ekleyerek değiştirin;
- texdb klasöründen veh_high.img ve veh_high.dir dosyalarını çıkarın;
- dff.zip, txd.zip, cleo.zip arşivlerini açın (içinde model dosyaları, dokular, lastikler ve CLEO betikleri bulunmaktadır).
2. IMG Tool ile modeli değiştirme:
- veh_high.img'yi açın;
- skimmer.dff'yi bulun ve silin;
açtığınız skimmer.dff'yi (F-16) ekleyin.
3. TXD Tool ile dokuları yükleyin:
- gta3hi.txt'yi açın;
- sağ alttaki ilk resim simgesine tıklayın;
- Sıkıştırılmamış 32bpp modunu seçin;
- Tüm resimleri kontrol edin ve onaylayın;
- Üst Doku Yükle'ye tıklayın.
The F-16 fighter jet originated from the "Lightweight Fighter Program" of the United States Air Force. It was initially positioned as a lightweight fighter for day-time combat within visual range. The lessons learned from the Vietnam War prompted the United States Air Force to seek a fighter jet that was relatively inexpensive, could be produced quickly, and had its performance focused on close-range combat within visual range. This requirement drove the development of the F-16. In its subsequent development, the F-16 gradually evolved into an all-weather multi-purpose fighter jet with comprehensive capabilities. It adopts a wing-body fusion design and leading-edge extensions, which not only reduce flight resistance but also increase lift. Its maximum instantaneous turn rate can reach 28 degrees per second, giving it excellent close-range combat performance.
The model is over 220 KB in size and replaces the model skimmer.dff (seaplane). You need to prepare the ES File Explorer, TXD TOOL, and IMG TOOL.
Tools required:
- ES File Explorer;
- IMG Tool;
- TXD Tool.
Installation Instructions (Android)
1. File preparation:
- Open ES File Explorer;
- Go to: Internal Memory > Android > obb;
- Locate the GTA: Vice City folder, rename the file inside by adding .obb;
- Extract the veh_high.img and veh_high.dir files from the texdb folder;
- Unpack the archives dff.zip, txd.zip, cleo.zip (inside are model files, textures, tires and CLEO scripts).
2. Replacing the model via IMG Tool:
- Open veh_high.img;
- Locate and delete skimmer.dff;
Add unzipped skimmer.dff (F-16).
3. Install textures via TXD Tool:
- Open gta3hi.txt;
- Click on the first picture icon on the bottom right;
- Select Uncompressed 32bpp mode ;
- Check all images and confirm;
- Click Overlay Textures.
