Bu CLEO modu, Vice City sokaklarını askerlerle doldurarak haritanın tamamında askeri bir atmosfer yaratır.
Önemli: Mod yalnızca yeni bir oyun başlattığınızdaçalışır. Daha önce kaydedilmiş bir oyunu yüklemek değişiklikleri etkinleştirmez.
Kurulum:Şuna ihtiyacınız olacak: ES File Explorer (veya arşiv desteği olan herhangi bir dosya yöneticisi)
- İndirilen arşivin içeriğini ES File Explorer ile çıkarın.
- Veri klasörünü şuraya taşıyın:
Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files - Oyunu başlatın ve yeni bir oyun başlatın. Eski bir kayıt dosyasını yüklemeyin, aksi takdirde askerleri göremezsiniz.

This CLEO mod fills the streets of Vice City with soldiers, creating a militarized atmosphere across the entire map.
Important: The mod only works when you start a new game. Loading a previously saved game will not activate the changes.
Installation:You will need: ES File Explorer (or any file manager with archive support)
- Extract the contents of the downloaded archive using ES File Explorer.
- Move the data folder to:
Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files - Launch the game and start a new game. Do not load an old save file, or you won’t see the soldiers.
