Oyuna daha fazla ışık ve canlı bir atmosfer ekleniyor (aydınlatılmış pencereler, aydınlatma ve neonlar eklendi).
Bu, önceki "Project re:LIT — Aydınlatma ve Işıklandırma" projesinin bir yeniden yapımıdır, ancak daha fazla özellik, iyileştirme ve hata düzeltmesi hedeflenmektedir. Önceki versiyonda olduğu gibi artık 1, 2 veya 3. bölüm olmayacak, şu anda çoğunlukla San Fierro'daki değişiklikleri içermektedir, ancak gelecekte daha fazla değişiklik San Andreas eyaletinin tamamını kapsayacaktır.

Adding more lights and vibrant atmosphere to the game (added lit windows, lighting, and neons).
This is a remake of the previous "Project re:LIT — Lighting and Illumination" but with the goal of having more features, improvements and bug fixes. There will no longer be Part 1, 2, or 3 like the previous version, at the moment it mostly contains changes to San Fierro, but in the future more and more changes will cover the entire state of San Andreas.
