The style of this timecyc looks great in Vice City Next-Gen Edition, with more vibrant colors, beautiful sunsets, and brighter nights than other versions I've tried.
This mod was uploaded to YouTube by "robertesaum" with several additional modifications, but here I'm just sharing the timecyc, which to this day is the best I've tried.
Important: I only use this mod without the ENB series, so I don't know how it works with the ENB series enabled.
